Waveform is free to use for 30 days, after which a lifetime licence will need to be purchased. This licence will also entitle you to continue receiving software updates for a one year period. After one year, if you wish to keep receiving updates, you will need to re-purchase the licence. Additionally there is no difference between the free and paid versions, so you can fully try out all the features during the trial period.
